How do I track my order status?
Feel free to track your order anytime at your convenience by following the steps below:

Go to www.ootsfood.com/account/login
Once logged in you can see the status of your delivery on the page.

I can’t track my order on courier tracking page. What I need to do?

You will be informed on the courier company and its tracking code which is assigned with your order parcel. If you can’t track the order on the courier partner’s website tracking page, the parcel may just have been passed to the respective partner. The tracking information with our partners will be available within 24 hours after the fulfillment notice to you.

Please contact us at sales@ootsfood.com with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your order’s delivery status by the next business day after the fulfillment notification. We will resolve the matter as soon as possible.

What are the shipping/delivery rates?
Delivery to the following prefectures will take 2-3 days after receiving your order:

Hokkaido, Aomori, Iwate, Okinawa, Kagoshima, Miyazaki, Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Fukuoka, Saga, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Yamaguchi, Shimane, Ehime, Kochi and Tokushima. ootsfood charges ¥1500 yen
and delivery rate ¥1500 yen per order for deliveries to the whole of Japan.

Free shipping for orders above 10000Yen.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight to Japan.

When will I receive my order?

After your order is verified and payment has been cleared (immediate for credit card/debit card payment / Paypal option or bank deposit option via Bank transfer), you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

I ordered multiple items, but I only receive ONE (1), where are my other items?
Please reach out to us via e-mail at sales@ootsfood.com or call +8109084508572 immediately if you find some items missing in your parcel with your order number and the missing item’s name. We will investigate the matter for you right away. If there is any arrangement for separate items delivery would have been informed to you in advance.

Can I pre-arrange/schedule the date of my delivery?
We are able to pre-arrange/schedule the date of your delivery if it is beyond the indicated next 3 working days.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
YES

I need my order immediately; can Oots Food speed up the delivery?
Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. However, Oots Food will do our best to ensure that your order reaches you in the soonest time possible and we have in some cases been able to deliver on the same day. Depending on the delivery queue as well as time and location factors, some orders may reach customers earlier within the promised period.

I have just received a notification e-mail saying that my order has been fulfilled. When will I receive my order?
Once you receive the notification of fulfillment, you should be able to receive your order within the promised delivery time frame of 1-3 business days.

Note: Your tracking number will be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24 hours with the details of the courier partner in the same notification e-mail.

How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by delivery queue, product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s delivery schedule in your location.

 

 

 

Can I cancel my order after the order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.

You can also contact our Sales team by calling us at +09084508572 or via e-mail at sales@ootsfood immediately after ordering to inform us of the receipt arrangement. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.

Is there any area in Japan where Oots Food cannot deliver?
Oots Food can deliver to all serviceable areas.

Does Oots Food offer international shipments?
International shipment is not available at Oots Food at the moment.

Oots Food delivers the package to my office?
Oots Food can deliver to the address as indicated during checkout, whether it is your house or office address.

Can I pick up my order at Oots Food office?
Oots Food currently does not provide our customers with a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders.
